Weight watchers?

I have recently started WW. I kind of somewhat followed the plan thru the holidays. I didn't really gain any extra so maybe that helped. Does or has anyone done this program? I do the meetings every thursday. Any success stories to help me keep motivated?

I've never done it but have heard a lot of wonderful success stories. I hear that WW is really a plan that works. Good luck!!

one of my sisters does ww and LOVES it. She has lost and maintained her weight with the program. I think it's cool b/c it doesn't restrict anything, so it's a lot more realistic. My sister can look at any piece or plate of food and tell you how many points it has, lol.
Good luck and kudos to you for doing it!

I'm getting almost to that point myself. Its cool because its a lifestyle change not a "diet"
