And I'm very impressed - truly I am! When I was body building, I wasn't very smart about my cardiovascular fitness... looked great but couldn't run across the street - you know? So the fact that you're combining muscle toning and cardio is wonderful! VERY SMART!
Be sure to stretch good! It will help with the soreness if you stretch and warm up before and after... (I'm sure she told you that though...)
