weight loss challenge at work

ok so 6 girls(myself included) are having a weight loss challenge. It is $5 per week to participate. You have to weigh in on fri/sat. depending on which day you work. I keep track of weights each week and another girl keeps track of the money. We are going to lock money in my office in a file cabinet. So it runs for a month Starting May 10th. You can do whatever weight loss program works for you (most are doing weight watchers) and then each week you weigh in and give your $5. Then at the last weigh in whoever has lost the most weight in pounds wins all of the money. We have it figured out as around $120. A nice new outfit with shoes. I have some big girls I work with so my chances are slim because I think if you have more to lose it comes off quicker but I will give it my best shot. Wish me luck!!!!

ok so far here are the results of the weight loss challenge. I have lost a pound or 2 each week.!!! Some of the girls have gained or stayed the same.We had 2 drop out(one quit from our salon)One is quitting from the challenge when we start up again after the one month pay off....guess the need immediate gratification. Hard work is not for them. There was one girl who had alot to lose that was in the lead but I notice old habits coming back(Mcdonalds for lunch alot...soda...etc. ) well she is gaining all that she lost back. I think I have a good chance to win...I will let you know~~~
