Corn, hands down! For me, there's nothing so good as a fresh picked ear of sweet corn slathered in rich butter and salt... yumm! I know its not healthy to eat it that way, but I don't care... its delicious!
peas and green beans bring up a close second. I love all veggies really, except for broccoli ick! lol

I love spinach! It would be impossible to list all veggies in the poll, you'd probably run out of room!

I can't choose just one, I'm a veggie freak! Asparagus/zucchini/green beans/fresh spinach/fresh corn on the cob are all tie for me! I think the only veggies I don't like are beets, peas {not sugar snap or snow, love those} and raw tomatoes unless they are in bruschetta or salsa.

Oh I love beets. Yumm! I love to take pickled beets and slice them up with some fresh orange segments and have a salad - I know it sounds gross, I thought so at first too, but man oh man is it good.
I even grow my own beets lol - They're one of the very few things I can grow without killing

I LOVE corn!! Not that nasty canned or frozen stuff they sell in the grocery stores, but good ol'
Nebraska Sweet Corn My Mom gets a ton of it every summer, and freezes it. Man I miss that! I guess when I'm at home with my little kiddies, I'll be able to do the same thing

I am also more into veggies than meat. And I can't pick just one either: it's a three way tie. Broccoli (fresh); green beans (canned) and squash, from me maw's garden of course.

I can't pick one either...
My favorites are eggplant, zucchini, broccoli, spinach and green beans... I'm probably forgetting some...
Peppers don't count as vegetables right? Because I would kill for them I love them!
