oops nevermind....I saw that you put in your post what you serve these with.
Well, I made them tonight, but improvised a bit b/c I didn't have an egg, parsley or enough chicken stock to make a gravy.
I sautéed some red onion, carrots and garlic until soft and mixed with the turkey, pepper, poultry seasoning, and salt. I then made into patties, coated in breadcrumbs and browned on each side using some oil and butter. I then put them in the oven and baked at 350 for about 10 minutes. They were so moist and delicious.
I just served a Greek salad first.....and we finished the meal off with ice cream sandwiches.
