Apple Chicken
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
½ cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
4 apples, cut into thick slices
1 cup apple juice or cider (I prefer cider)
1 Tbsp. oil
2 tsp. rosemary
Directions
Combine flour, salt and pepper into a bowl. Take your chicken breasts and coat them with the mixture. On the stovetop, heat oil, then cook the chicken breast until brown. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until the apples are soft, make sure you don’t over cook them or they will fall apart.
Low fat hint: for this to even more low fat use less oil and cook the chicken with the cider
