Week of February 12
Here's my attempt at making a list of meals for the week....w/ shopping list (maybe?)
Breakfast choices:
cold cereal w/ organic lowfat milk
oatmeal
toast w/ lowfat cottage cheese and tomato
Lunch choices:
humous wrap
tuna salad on greens
egg salad sandwich
yogurt w/ granola and fruit
Dinner choices:
homemade pizza w/ salad
pasta w/ shrimp and salad
grilled chicken, grilled veggies
Briam (thanks to Sydney for this recipe which I haven't tried yet, but it looks delish!!)
Snacks:
homemade trail mix: cashews, almonds, peanuts, craisins, raisins
apple slices w/ peanut butter
cheese and crackers
granola bar
tomato and mozzerella w/ oil & vinegar
Shopping list:
fresh mozzerella in water
cottage cheese
humous
tortillas
french bread
lowfat granola
tuna
chicken cutlets
tomatoes
mixed greens
shredded carrots
zucchini
eggplant
potatoes
trisquits (reduced fat)
cashews
roasted almonds
peanuts
craisins
hopefully with it layed out this way I will be able to stick to the plan rather than having a regimented day by day schedule. we'll see.....
