Lunch

Hey guys,
I'm looking for some ideas for the kids and I for lunches. With Noah home from school and Cameron eating all table food I'm out of ideas. I just want to teach them healthy habits and PB&J isn't cutting it anymore. I'm getting quite tired of plain old sandwiches myself. Thanks!

I know you're not vegan, but there are a lot of good ideas here: http://veganlunchbox.blogspot.com/

Homemade macaroni and cheese, you could get a sandwich maker and make different varieties of sandwiches or grill it like a panini, ramen noodles, sub sandwiches, hot dogs, english muffin pizzas, grill cheese sandwich, chicken tenders, bagel dogs, tuna, egg, and other cold cut sandwiches.....

Sides-applesauce, fresh or canned fruits, carrot and celery sticks, cheese stick, yogurt or gogurt, different veggies-like olives, mushrooms...if your kids will eat them, if not you could try adding them into your marinara sauce when you are making spagetthi.

Fun with food-
*You could have your child create their own meal. For example the english muffin pizza, have them spread on the pizza sauce and top it off with what they want. Cheese for hair, olives for the nose and eyes, and a slice of bell peppers for the mouth.
*When you make sandwiches, you could use a cookie cutter to cut out different shapes from the bread.
