Meal Planning with leftovers

Does anyone do this? I would love to be able to have a wonderful meal one night and instead of serving the same thing the next night (or two nights later) have a different dish that's equally as good using some of the same ingredients that I've already prepared.
If you do that please share your plans here. Is there a website that does this by chance?

meatballs and spaghetti one night, meatloaf another.......
burritos or enchiladas one night, taco salad another.......
roasted or grilled chicken one night, chicken caesar salad another night

you can also do a sheperd's pie or something w/ leftovers

hmm, I dont really ever do this so that's about all I can think of.

C,
I never do it either and we wind up throwing away so much food. I really like to COOK in my kitchen and I don't feel like I can when I'm using leftovers.

I actually did this this past Monday. I made a baked ham. That was the first night. I had potatoes and corn and pineapple gravy. I put pineapples slices and cloves on the ham while it bakes. Then after I take the juice and put it in the bottom of the pan and the ham bakes in the pineapple juice. The next night we had fried ham steaks. The next night we had scalloped potatoes and diced up ham. The remainder I made ham salad sandwiches. The boys even commented the 4th night " Do we HAVE to have ham again?" I laughed and said no we were having Garlic Chicken and broccoli alfredo. They cheered . I do the Meatloaf first then the next night I break the meatloaf up and make the meatballs and spaghetti. After Thanksgiving I made turkey stew with some of the leftover turkey.
