menu of the week: Oct 29

finally, back with a plan

mon: turkey croquettes, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli

tues: spagetti and meatballs

wed: baked chicken sandwiches, baked fries

thurs: swiss chicken casserole, veggie medley

fri: pizza and salad

Looks great, D!! I'm glad you are back with your menus - it always gives me inspiration. I've been horrible with meal planning lately and it makes such a difference. I have some tilapia and chicken in the fridge though, that I will definitely be using. I've actually been on the South Beach Diet for a week now so I am going to post my menu from the past week in a minute.
