meal plans: week of Feb 17 - Menus and Entertaining

What's on the menu this week?

Sun: salmon, wild rice, green beans, bread

mon: spagetti and (turkey) meatballs, garlic bread

tues: tuna melts and portobello mushroom soup

wed: falafel chicken, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli

thurs: beef stir fry, rice (maybe potstickers too, if I have the energy)

Fri: either crispy chicken salads or gumbo (depends on the weather!!)

Deana, you are so good! Not only could I not PLAN that far ahead... I could not make some of those items you are making.

I just wanted to say good job! Keep it up!! I'm sure your family really appreciates you. I would!!

I have a plan!!!!

Tonight: Chicken Enchiladas w/ Mexican Rice

Tues: Mom & Dad's

Wednesday: Olive Garden I hope

Thursday: Balsamic Chicken and Risotto

Friday: Spinach Spaghetti w/ Alfredo Sauce

mmm, that sounds really good. I am VERY into salads....and have actually been thinking about Mexican today. Unfortunately I don't have the ingredients. I might just have to grab the family and go out tonight.
