menu for the week of March 30
Sunday: turkey chili and quesidillas
Monday: oven fried chicken, mashed sweet potatoes, peas
Tuesday: spinach and tomato pasta toss, bread
Wednesday: chicken taco salads with cilantro ranch dressing
Thursday: beef stroganoff over egg noodles, roasted broccoli
Friday: fish cakes (my take on crab cakes), green beans, rice
Saturday: filet mignon steaks, scalloped potatoes, salad (or some other green veg)
