menu for the week: April 6

Ok, gotta post here to keep myself on track!!

Sun: grilled chicken sandwiches (dinner is over but had to post!)

Mon: turkey sausage, white bean and spinach toss, bread

Tues: veggie pasta toss w/mozzerella balls, ceasar salad

Wed: fish cakes (didn't make last week), rice and broccoli

Thurs: grilled chicken pita wraps with cucumber mint sauce, garlicky green beans

Fri: calzones

I am getting back into meal planning on Monday now that I have a working kitchen again!!! I am sooo sick of eating out. Tonight I am actually going to cook something, but not sure what. I was looking here for ideas....and of course everything looks great, as usual.

Hey D, how do you make the veggie pasta toss with mozzarella balls? I am trying to work on my meal plan for the week and that sounds fab. TIA
