menu of the week: June 8

Here's our week:

Sun: grilled chicken, roasted zucchini, baked potatoes

Mon: slow cooker beef stroganoff over kluski noodles

Tues: some sort of spanish meat and rice dish (don't have exact recipe yet, and I'm using ground turkey...) with tortillas

Wed: golden chicken over rotini, roasted broccoli

Thurs: bbq pork sandwiches, cole slaw

Fri: leftovers from the week (or dh will pick up sandwiches, whichever sounds better at 5pm that day!!!)
