Menu of the Week: July 14

Just made my meal plan for the week and went food shopping.

Here's what our week looks like:

Monday: Angel hair pasta with mushrooms, onions, & broccoli

Tuesday: Cheese pizza, broccoli and cauliflower, salad

Wednesday: Pesto chicken, stuffed portobella mushrooms, grilled zucchini

Thursday: Sausage w/ peppers and onions, salad

Friday: Pasta with shrimp and broccoli

I keep forgetting to post my menu... here it is.

Tues: baked cod, spinach stuffed portabellos

wed: falafel chicken, cucumber and red onion salad

thurs: fish cakes and green beans

fri: asian lettuce wraps, potstickers

sat: flank steak, grilled veggies, salad

mmm, looks great D! How do you make the Asian lettuce wraps?

I use ground turkey instead of gr beef. They are awesome - a lot like PF Changs! And I put in a good squirt of that thai chili and garlic sauce (red bottle) too...
