They are wontons, which are kind of like very thin sheets of pasta, filled with ground meat and veggies. I buy them frozen, and all I have to do is put them in a pan with some water to defrost them, and them let them brown. A lot of people like them as appitizers, but I like to serve them as a side dish. My 4 year old ate like 5 of them tonight!!
They are super yummy!

Yesterday I had codfish with potatoes for lunch and watermelon for dinner... lunch was too heavy so I wasn't hungry.
And today I'm having beans with pork meat and I don't know what else
And tomorrow I'm going to Germany for 10 days...

I really like planning for a full 7 days - I only went to the grocery store ONCE last week, which was fantastic! Here is the plan starting tomorrow:
Tues: tequilla lime shrimp over black bean and corn salad
wed: chicken cordon bleu, zucchini and yellow squash sautee
thurs: bruchetta chicken bake, tossed salad
fri: bbq pork sandwiches, baked beans
sat: korean style beef, asian slaw, potstickers
sun: grilled chicken, stuffed portabello mushrooms, beefsteak tomato salad
mon: spicy fish, italian mixed salad
I usually make a little extra something for the girls to share (grilled cheese, wheat toast w/cream cheese, etc) but we are encouraging them to eat whatever it is that we are eating. We have found that Ella LOVES spicy food and Nicole will eat fish!
