My menu is the last for the next few weeks, I am cleaning out my freezer for the move and then we will go day by day, but here's what I have planned......

Tomorrow - undecided, Tommy will be working till 1 AM so I am ordering in.

Tuesday - the mediterranean chicken I have been wanting to make for two weeks now and haven't, penne pasta, basil summer squash, and a salad.

Wednesday - roasted chicken, stuffing, fried corn, corn muffins, and a salad.

Thursday - grilled hot sausage with onions and peppers (hot dogs for kiddies) baked mac and cheese, BBQ baked beans, and a salad.

Friday - London broil with red bell pepper sauce, rice jardin, steamed broccoli and a ceasar salad.

Saturday - crockpot chicken and dumplings, corn, biscuits, and a salad.

Saturday: grilled stuffed portabello mushrooms

We made two kinds of these last week, they were really yummy! We don't have a grill though, so we did them in a combination of sauteing and broiling. They still turned out.
