Must haves:
Huge windows to allow alot of natural light (preferrably overlooking an ocean vista! )
Lots of cupboards, and I like glass doors (a huge dish-ophile, which I would love to showcase)
White colour scheme; bright and airy
A place to have a table; the Maritimes are known for kitchen parties-- guests always migrate to the kitchen, so ya need seating space.
