Mother's Day Bruch

Hi all,
I am new to this site, but I am hoping that someone can give me an idea or two. I enjoy entertaining so I would like to plan my first Mother's Day brucn, but I am unable to truly come up with a menu. I don't want to do much that requires a lot of work. So far I have danishes, bagels and cream cheese, coffe tea ice tea, lemonade, baked french toast casserole. Does anyone have any added ideas?

HI and Welcome!!
I plan on having a baby shower brunch for my sister in May. I planned about what you mentioned and I'm adding quich and fresh fruit. I thought about a chocolate fountain too. Good luck with your brunch.
